No. All in-person visits are by scheduled appointment only. Walk-in visits are not available. For same-day health concerns, telehealth is available Monday through Saturday — call 443-452-3692 to schedule a same-day telehealth appointment. 24/7 Virtual Care is also available by calling 443-452-3692 at any time, any day including Sundays and public holidays.

Telehealth is conducted via secure video on any device across Maryland and licensed states. Some medications require an up-to-date clinical visit before a refill can be authorised — particularly controlled substances and psychiatric medications. Please allow adequate processing time and do not wait until you have run out of medication before requesting a refill.
Call 443-452-3692 to initiate a records request, or fax a completed HIPAA authorisation form to 443-560-0380 — include your full name, date of birth, and the specific records or date range you need. A signed HIPAA authorisation form is required for records release. Download the form at the New Patient Portal. Requests are processed in compliance with HIPAA timelines.
Yes. DeluxMed issues electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions) directly to your preferred pharmacy. Have your pharmacy name, address, and phone number ready when scheduling. E-prescriptions are transmitted securely and typically reach your pharmacy within minutes of your appointment. Most medications are available via e-prescription — your clinical team will advise on any exceptions.
The fax number for sending medical records to DeluxMed is 443-560-0380. Include the patient's full name and date of birth on all faxed documents. For urgent record transfers, call 443-452-3692 to notify the clinical team that a fax is incoming. All received records are reviewed by the team and added to the patient's clinical record.

Yes. All telehealth visits at DeluxMed are conducted through Tebra — a fully encrypted, HIPAA-compliant telehealth and scheduling platform. Your health information is protected under federal law at every step. Tebra uses end-to-end encryption for all video sessions. No session is recorded without your explicit consent. Your privacy is the same standard as an in-person clinical visit.
Any device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection — a smartphone, tablet, or computer all work. No app download required. You receive a Tebra link by email before your visit. Click it at your appointment time and your clinical team joins. A stable internet connection and a quiet, private space are recommended for the best experience.
