Telehealth is powerful — but some clinical situations benefit from physical presence. A hands-on examination, an auscultation, a visual assessment — these are dimensions of care that cannot be replicated remotely.
At DeluxMed, our clinical team decides together with you which delivery method is most appropriate for each visit. When an in-person examination is clinically indicated, we will always be transparent about that — and when telehealth is sufficient, we will say so.
