Why DeluxMed Was Founded
DeluxMed Health Group LLC — operating as DeluxMed Primary & Behavioral Health Services was established to address a critical gap in modern healthcare: the lack of coordination between primary care and behavioral health.
We serve individuals and families who have historically experienced fragmented care — including patients managing chronic conditions, navigating mental health challenges, or moving between multiple providers without a unified care plan.
While rooted in Baltimore, our reach extends across Maryland and into licensed states through telehealth, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality care without geographic limitations.
At the core of our model is integrated care delivery. Our board-certified nurse practitioners are dual-trained in both primary care and behavioral and mental health, enabling comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within a single, coordinated clinical experience.
